About Robin (Coach Zauss)

My Story

At 16 I was setting records as a freestyle swimmer and a favorite for the Olympics. That all changed when a car crash crushed my knee and my Olympic dreams with it. This was just the beginning of the adversity that lead me to my mission and passion… helping women overcome that voice that tells them they aren’t good enough.

Isn’t it time to stop struggling and ACHIEVE your wildest goals and dreams? To push hard and get what you WANT? To follow your dreams and build a life you LOVE?

Maya Angelou says, “You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.”

As an athlete, my life was devastated after a car accident during my senior year of high school. In an instant, I lost college scholarships and the life I knew was gone in a flash. Believing my life was over, watching all giving up on all my hopes and dreams I spiraled into a deep depression, made a lot of bad decisions and I became a mother at 19. After a few years of more self-sabotage and bad choices, I eventually found myself living out of my car with my daughter.

I hit rock bottom, I realized that even though life would never be the same – a hard truth I had to accept. Regardless of all the bad, I knew I still had WORTH and I believed I was still meant for great things.

That one mindset shift (and daily mindset work to make it stick) pulled me back from the brink, raised me out of depression and poverty, and allowed me to follow a new path to a beautiful, meaningful life.

That is why I am so passionate about helping others, why I made the decision to go back to school to get my psychology degree, and ultimately to become a coach. Because no matter the adversity placed in our way, it is time to let go of the things that hold us back.

To put our limiting beliefs aside and go all-out for our dreams.

To let absolutely NOTHING stand in the way of the life we want to live.

To stop living someone else’s life and start living OUR lives.

I believe in you and know you were meant for great things… let’s do this together!

What Can I Do for You?

Impostor syndrome is a real thing. It’s that feeling of being an imposter, even when you’re successful and accomplished.

Women are more likely to experience impostor syndrome than men, but it can affect anyone at any time in their lives.

As we get older, the feelings of not being good enough can be amplified by our own internal narratives or other people telling us we aren’t good enough because of who we are or where we come from.

Robin (Coach) Zauss is passionate about helping women break free from imposter syndrome by providing them with effective strategies for overcoming fear and living a life they love.

Our tools include online courses as well as private coaching packages that will help you overcome your fears so you can live the life you were meant to live!

Imposter syndrome is a silent killer of success. It’s the voice in your head telling you that everyone else has more experience and talent than you do. This makes it nearly impossible to achieve goals like starting a business or going back to school for an advanced degree because imposter syndrome convinces us we don’t deserve it or can’t pull it off.

I’m here to help you overcome fear and live a life you truly love by helping you identify your limiting beliefs, build confidence, and get back on track towards your goals.
